03/05/08 - It's a first...

Well, normally there would be a OneTaste tomorrow in the Globe Theatre, sadly not... I have no idea what to do with my first Sunday of the month now, but no doubt it will involve busying myself with plans for the OneTaste Collective Show on 12th June and for anyone who's missing the OneTaste loving, I hope you can join us there, as this is going to be one heck of a show! 3 months preparation for one night means this night is not to be missed. The artists are working away writing amazing new tunes! I can confirm that they'll be some collabs at the Jazz Cafe from Polarbear, Portico Quartet and David J and another one is in the pipeline from Jamie Woon and Elova, or Woonova as they like to be referred to :) We'll keep you updated on developments, and soon we shall be launching the OneTaste Collective Blog so you can hear it from the artists mouths! What a night. Thank you to everyone that has supported OneTaste in its surrent incarnation. We'll have photos up soon and a podcast of the show! Our Bedford finale! Yes indeed, it is with great nostalgia for the past and excitement for the future that I tell you we're going to make April OneTaste our last regular showcase for the foreseeable future. We hope you can join us for our final show to celebrate 3 years of Bedford brilliance! But let it be known that OneTaste is in no way hanging up its coat, NO, NO, NO!! We're going underground for a couple of months to prepare for exciting new projects, namely the official launch of the OneTaste Collective!! We're writing a brand new collaborative show with many of your favourite artists, including Portico Quartet, Jamie Woon, Polarbear, MC Xander, Gideon Conn, David J, Zena Edwards, Bridgette Amofah, Inua Ellams, Elova, Joe Driscoll and more!!

We'll bring oyu up to the minute developments on how this collaborative show is shaping up, but for now you can browse the Jazz Cafe site which has all the info for our launch at the Jazz Cafe, 12th June 2008.


Thank you so much to everyone that has supported The Bedford shows, what an amazing time we've had together, and there's more to come! We hope you can join us to say goodbye to our favourite venue ever! See you on the 6th.

02/03/08 - March Thanks!

Just got home from The Bedford, March OneTaste nicely wrapped up and packed off in the minds of everyone who attended. Lovely evening; fantastic performances, warm vibe and even dancing at the end, perfect Sunday night! Thanks to everyone that came and check back soon for photos of the evening!

We're eagerly counting down to our next big show at The Bedford. There's still time to get your tickets online for a cheaper price and there's even more reason to come down as the fabulous bluessoul songster Jon Kenzie has been added to what was already a great bill!

The new year is in! Hope you had a good one. Following our seasonal breather, OneTaste is back to present another top lineup of quality music and spoken word. We're looking forward to putting on some really special events this year and we hope you'll come and enjoy more than one with us :)

04/12/07 - End of the year...

Thank you to everyone that came down to our third birthday party! It was a blast, one of our favourite shows. Everyone, have a great December and see you on the other side :)... or if you fancy seeing us before then, then come to our final OneTasteWest shows in Hammersmith...

11/10/07 - Massive thanks for the Jazz Cafe love!!!

What an incredible night, we were overwhelmed by the turn out for our collective debut. We sold out by 8pm and rocked it til 2am. Thanks to everyone that came down, we'll definitely be doing that again and in the meantime come visit us on November 4th for our regular Sunday show and the OneTaste Festival 11th November. big love friends - Dannii x

04/07/07 - Festival Tour

Our festival tour has just come to an end. It was absolutely amazing and very soon a massive gallery, videos and blogs will be online for you to peruse.

Massive thanks to Chai Wallahs and the Arts Council for making this tour possible, you guys are all legends. Until next summer OneTaste will be rockin' it in London and possibly further afield...keep checking back for updates.
